Ongoing support and bookkeeping are billed as a monthly retainer. Projects are scoped first, then quoted.

For businesses that need light, steady support.
20 Hours / Month
$660
For businesses with regular, ongoing operational or bookkeeping needs.
30 Hours / Month
$960
For businesses that need consistent, hands-on support.
Additional hours are billed at $35/hour.
Scoped Projects
Audits, systems setup, SOPs, and other one-time projects are quoted after scoping — based on what the work actually requires.
Billing Policies
- Retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
- Unused hours roll over for one month.
- Fixed-price projects require a 50% deposit to begin.
- Book implementation within 30 days of an audit and the audit fee is credited toward the project.
Legal and tax decisions are made with your CPA or attorney — Method & Measure builds the systems around them.
